Nationwide Delivery

Health Buddy (Pty) Ltd offers nationwide delivery within South Africa. We ship to most locations; however, areas deemed remote or high-risk by our courier partners may be excluded. In such cases, orders will be refunded in full.

Delivery Service

We partner with professional courier companies to ensure your order is delivered safely to your door. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Orders under R850.00 – Flat rate of R89.00 for delivery
Orders over R850.00 – Free delivery

Delivery charges are subject to change without notice. Final delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Major City Centres: 2 – 5 working days
Outlying Areas: 5 – 7 working days
(Delivery times depend on the destination and may vary due to unforeseen delays.)

Note: Couriers deliver during standard working hours. Please use a work address if no one will be available at home.

Important Information

Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the provided address.
Orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays will be processed and shipped the following working day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).
Combined Shipping: Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one shipment for efficient delivery and fair use of promotional offers.
